John Piper on the Prosperity Gospel

Posted by Kyle on May 10, 2008

A great excerpt from one of John Piper’s sermons regarding the prosperity gospel. The prosperity gospel is not the true gospel of Jesus Christ, but a dangerous error that we need to be aware of.

Thanks for the add to the left here re: Priolo’s book! I have a few of them and he is so sound! On the prosperity “gospel” you will also appreciate the work of Justin Peters. be sure to see his “demo” if you go on his site… It is so very powerful! He spoke at my church and comes highly, highly recommended by my pastor, Dr. John MacArthur.

    His site is: http://www.justinpeters.org

He also is unique in his message as he graciously lives with cerebral palsy.
